OUR RETURN&REFUND POLICY AND PROCESS
30 days to Return?
If you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate a Return Request within 30 days from the date of the item’s arrival. All return requests are subject to evaluation and our friendly Customer Service will be glad to guide you through it.
How to return?
•We do not accept unreasonable returns and exchanges.Damaged products can be refunded or prorated within 30 days after the date of receipt.
•Items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered to be eligible for returns/exchanges, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
•To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll offer you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Then you will be informed of the return address and required to ship the item(s).(The company address is not the return address of the package,and the specific address will be sent by customer service email.)
• You need to ship the item(s) back and notify our customer service team to initiate the refund or replacement. A shipping fee will apply for return on your own cost.
•After the user returns the item(s) we will inspect it, and you will be notified if your refund request was approved. it will take up to 2 to 3 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account.

If you don't receive our Customer Service team's response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email's Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.
